Your journey to the heart of the Mediterranean is not just for landlubbers. You'll travel between these two amazing countries on the Adriatic Sea aboard a high-speed ship aptly called Superfast Ferry. Enjoy restraurants, stunning 360-degree views, and a comfortable room. And you'll go behind the scenes on the ship to places regular riders don't see. What do you anticipate will be the biggest difference between Greece and Italy?

In one month we will be on our way to Greece and Italy! As we travel together, I look forward to learning about a new culture and its people. This past Saturday on the Travel Channel show Bizarre Foods, Andrew Zimmern visited Palermo in eastern Sicily on the slopes of Mt. Etna. While there he learned to make chocolate rabbit -- fricasseed rabbit simmered in chocolate. The rabbit is cooked with the head attached and the luckiest guest is the one who gets the head! It was hard for me to watch, but I promise I will eat chocolate rabbit if I get the chance! Here's the recipe for those who want to try it before we leave. http://www.bigoven.com/recipe/128926/sicillian-rabbit-with-chocolate
